I'm still learning to take "Motion Photography," aka videography. I apologize for the lousy "Pan" and "Rolls." I used my gimbal for the first time. It supposes to help me to create smooth footage. I need a lot more practice. Please be patient with me. Thank you!

Well, I went back to Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve to try the trail to the Kanahena Beach. It is the only open area where we can walk over the lava rock. It is a historical place and considered sacred by Hawaiians, environmentalists, and locals. Before you head out to the trail, please read all the signs available at the park and respect the rules. If you are planning to dip in the ocean, please make sure that the sea looks calm. The beach is beautiful, but it's a rocky one, and swells can be stronger than you think from the shore. Also, please be sure to wear "Reef-Safe" sunscreen. Thank you for your Kokua' corporation.

カナヘナビーチへのトレイルはマウイのほぼ最南端に位置するアヒヒ・キナウ自然保護区域で唯一、溶岩原を歩くことが許されている場所になります。トレイルの途中には岩場の海岸もあり、波が穏やかな時は海に入ることもできます。

自然保護区域にしていされた理由は、リーフの保護、乾燥地帯の植物の保護、マウイで一番若い溶岩原の保護、考古学的遺跡の保護、などです。 人里離れたこの場所ではイルカや海亀などの野生動物を見ることができるかもしれません。もし、そんな幸運に恵まれたとしても決して彼らを触ろうとしたり、餌を与えようとしたりしないでくださいね。そっと遠くから敬意を込めて見守ってください。 また、海に入る際には珊瑚にも、お肌にも優しい成分だけが入ったサンスクリーンを利用してください。
