Launching Lilikoi Maui

リリコイマウイはローンチするまで5年ほどアイデアを温め続けてきました。　

I have been thinking about Lilikoi Maui for about five years. Why did it take so long? I must say that I was my worst enemy. 2020 became everyone's nightmare. It was not an easy one for us either. However, it gave me the time to pause and think about how I want to shift the way of living and encouraged me to take action.

なぜ、そんなに時間がかかったのかというと、単に私の性格が現実化を阻んでいた、としか言いようがありません。　それをこうやって夏休みの宿題を一夜漬けで終わらせるか如くアセアセと作業している理由は、2020年の色々、2019年の色々、今までの色々をたくさん考えた上で「やるなら今しかない。」と自分の気持ちに踏ん切りがついたからだと思います。　お客様との締め切りは楽に守れるのに、どうしてこうも自分との約束は守れないものか？　苦笑いしかありません。　頭で思い描いていた形には遠く及ばないのですが、あちこちに「Coming Soon」を貼ってありますが、それでもこうして記念すべき最初の投稿ができることに恥ずかしながら自分褒めしております。

The site is far from what I was envisioning in my head. As the launching day approaches, I was overwhelmed with how much was undone and started questioning myself. There are too many "Coming Soon" labels. If being a perfectionist is the reason for procrastination, I decided to simplify and started this adventure with room to grow. And, I am proud of my decision.

My mission is to brighten your busy daily life and contribute to my beloved community, Maui. Even the waves that I can make is small; this is my way of showing my gratitude to the world. Please be patient and watch us grow.
