Aloha Everyone,

I see more visitors are coming to the island. It is great for our tourism industry and related workers. However, I also know that we, residents are somewhat confused about how to accept this reality. I feel like a bear not willingly coming out from hibernation.

マウイ島への来訪者、だいぶん増えました。観光業界に携わるものにとっては本当に嬉しいことです。ですが、島の住人としてはこれをどう状況判断すればいいのか困惑している感もあります。個人的には冬眠から目覚めたお寝ぼけクマ、といった感じです。

The summer might be crazy busy here since everyone is itsy to go for a vacation!

みなさん１年間バケーション取るのを我慢していたため、この夏は忙しくなりそうな予感です。

Today's video is filmed at the world-famous Wailea Beach. It's a long stretch of white sandy beach in front of Four Seasons Resort Maui and Grand Wailea Resort. This beach is super beautiful and heavenly.

本日のビデオはマウイ島屈指のリゾート、フォーシーズンズとグランドワイレア前にあるワイレアビーチにて撮影しました。広々とした白い砂浜のビーチ。このビーチはいつ来ても最高に美しく、天国のようなところです。
